With respond to one of the Straits Time articles , there's a rising concerns with ERP charges especially on those local delivery companies. I suggest having part-timers/freelance delivery personnel at every location in Singapore. Priority packages to be send by full-time staff. As for normal packages, part-timers/freelance (who own bicycle/walk or bike/car) are able to do the job. Payment to them can be by per package or by weight. This might save quite a considerable amount on the ERP charges.
