Weather's cloudy though but our enthusiast in trying out Kayaking didn't dampen our spirit. Got ourselves equipped with life jacket, paddles, lift our rented sit-on-top kayaks and aboard we went. Initially,had some difficulties in controlling the movement of the kayak. With some trials and errors, were we then managed to get the hang of it. To kayak on open sea, at least 1 star cert is required. Rental pricing are as mentioned below.
The Paddle Lodge @ Mac Ritchie reservoir
1. Sit-on-top kayak, one/two seater : $10 per hour
Three-seater : $15 per hour
2. Recreational kayak: $15 for 2 hours
(For certified paddlers with at least 1-Star certification)
